It’s no secret that besides the real weddings and engagements that we love, we enjoy shooting wedding inspirations as well. Styled shoots are great not only in terms of being able to experiment and implement our ideas in to life, but also a perfect opportunity to work with a bunch of talented wedding vendors and creatives!
This time our inspiration shoot took place at Kauri Bay Boomrock the newly built venue in Clevedon, Auckland. The location offered us breathtaking views of endless green fields and hills with dramatic woods on one side and seaviews on another. Being originally from overseas and living in New Zealand for more than 7 years our team still can’t get enough of this beautiful country, a diversity of stunning landscapes around keeps sweeping us off our feet!
Kauri Bay Boomrock is an amazing wedding venue that features not only a beautiful lodge, but also purposely built secluded bunkers. Set away in the high hills the bunkers are just perfect for an intimate wedding. Our team of talented wedding vendors got together to create this wedding inspiration with country feel and vintage touches. Our setting features natural wood, earthy moss centerpiece by Twig&Twine, tea stained napkins with calligraphy by Confetti and beautiful stationary by Just My Type. Gorgeous boho dress from Hera Bridal and golden crown from Anna Marguerite accomplished the look of our mystique princess bride. The loose, colorful bouquet was just what we needed to tie everything together. Country feel of the session persuaded us to add some authentic accessories to the grooms outfit. Ravil wore a grey newsboy cap and suspenders which added a bit of a cheeky character to his look.
