Elli and John eloped to beautiful Northland and it was just the best. They both love outdoors, camping and spend a lot of time at the beach surfing and walking their dog. They both dreamed about eloping in Northland close to the ocean. It was so perfectly them to get ready at an off-grid canopy tent surrounded by native bush and to say their vows at a remote beach with not a single sole around, just their two brothers. A little hike took us to the secret bay and we found a perfect ceremony spot among old pohutakawa trees kissing the sand. After vows and rings, some coronas and ham sandwiches were had followed by beach hoping as the sun was setting. It was an absolutely perfect day for these two ocean lovers and they finished it in their own style – running barefoot into the coming tide. It was simply breathtaking. When they returned to the tent a hot bath under the stars was waiting.
